Correspondence
Emails and messages exchanged in the context of a proposal or engagement.
Chatbot conversations
Messages exchanged with the AI assistant, optional email if you share it.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: HTTPS encryption, restricted access to data, secure hosting, regular backups.
9. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. The date of the last update is shown below. In case of a material change, we will notify our clients by email.
