The situation

Time gets lost in the tasks nobody sees.

Every morning, someone opens emails one by one, retypes a CV into a form or copies call notes into the software. These tasks require no decision, yet they take the time that should go to clients.

A ChatGPT or Copilot subscription does not solve this: you have to know what to ask, and it does not work inside your business software. Ongoing support therefore builds the tools that do these tasks for you, where they happen.

Understand your business

We spend time with leadership and inside one team to see how the work is really done. Only then do we tell you where we would start.

Show before building

Leadership sees each tool working on fictional data modelled on your daily work, then learns to use it. It then decides what goes into production.

Build with a pilot team

We connect the tool to your email, software or intranet, and the pilot team uses it every day. Nothing is sent without human approval, and we adjust based on feedback.

Roll out and train

Once the tool is reliable, we extend it to the other teams and train them on that specific tool. Each quarter, a new tool arrives with its training.

We do not replace your software. We build alongside it and connect to it, so your teams stay on the screens they know.

Your email

Outlook, Microsoft 365 or Gmail: the tool reads and sorts in the mailbox your teams already use.

Access limited to the mailboxes concerned, set up with your IT contact.

Your business software

ERP, CRM or industry software: we go through what it allows, whether an API, an import or an export.

Before building, we check with you what the vendor is preparing, so you never pay twice.

Your intranet and documents

Records, procedures and templates feed the tool, which answers and fills in your format.

The AI model (Claude, ChatGPT or Mistral) is chosen for the task and your data constraints.

Your data stays within the company: business plans with no model training on your data, each tool’s access limited to what it needs, and fictional data during demonstrations.
